Mystic Mountain Rental Rates

Policies

Pet Friendly with $15 per night (maximum of $100) non
refundable security deposit

Rental Periods
Check-in times are 3:00 pm and a check-out times are 10:00 am.
Daily rentals must include a 3 night minimum stay. Monthly rates
are based on a 4 week stay from Saturday to Saturday for a total
of 28 days.

Reservations
To reserve a date at Mystic Mountain please send an email to
dboxman@cfl.rr.com or call Donna at (800) 236-0394 or (407)
876-5683 and indicate your arrival and departure dates and the
number of guests. If the time is available, the guest will receive a
confirmation and rental agreement. The reservation will be held
for seven days to allow time for the rental agreement and deposit
to be sent. Reservations are subject to cancellation if payment is
not received in the allotted time.

Deposits & Payments
A $200.00 Damage Deposit is required to reserve your dates and
will be within 30 days of departure if the cabin is left in the original
condition. Full payment plus the cleaning fee and pet fee must be
submitted one month prior to arrival. If the booking is made within
the 30 day period, the entire amount to include rental fees,
deposit, and pet fees must be sent via next day service in the
form of certified funds.

Cancellation Policy
With 30 days notice, you will receive a full refund of your
deposit less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If a cancellation
occurs within 30 days of the reservation, you will forfeit
your full deposit.

Discounts
Winter Savings Package - Receive 15% off the daily,
weekly or monthly rate plus a free day with every
reservation for stays between November 15, 2008 and
February 15, 2009. Applies to stays of a minimum of 3
paid days. No other discounts apply. Subject to
availability and excludes the weeks of Christmas and
New Years. Taxes and fees additional.

Last minute visitors always receive 20% off the daily
rate when you book within two weeks of arrival and stay
a minimum of 3 days. Additional charges still apply and
are not eligible for the 20% discount. May not be
combined with other offers.
